Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their client's team in California. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide essential support to the team and ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Maintaining and updating office files, databases, and records.
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
  • Assisting with the planning and coordination of office activities.
  • Providing support in the preparation of documents and materials for meetings.
  • Managing office supplies and ensuring equipment is properly maintained.
  • Supporting the team with various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.

Required Work Hours:

Monday - Friday, 1st shift

Additional Details:

Pay Range: $23 - $25 per hour
